Increasing the motivation of the project team in the construction industry

The article analyzes the problems of interaction between the project team in the construction industry. The analysis of the team interaction features taking into account the specifics of the industry was carried out; negative sides of the existing system of team members motivation were found. According to the results of the study, a model of motivation of the project team based on the bonus fund method was proposed.
