Increasing the motivation of university students to engage in physical culture and sports to meet the standards of the "GTO" complex

Article is devoted a problem of increase of motivation of University students towards physical culture and sports through the inclusion of the standards and requirements of the all-Russian sports complex "Ready for labor and defense" in the educational process on disciplines of "Physical culture and sport" and "Elective subjects of physical culture and sport", the use of different incentives in order to attract students to pass the standards of the complex «GTO».
