The comparative analysis of АМг6 aluminium alloy after laser radiation action and isothermal soaking has been carried out; results of material structures metallographic researches have been received. It has been shown that character of beta phase distribution depends on temperature speed modes of processing; the long term soaking under the temperature 310…335°C raises solubility of a beta phase in alpha solution. More disperse distribution of beta phase causes growth of solid solution doping level and, hence, increase in alloys strain resistance that can define certain decrease in plasticity of alloy. Researches of physicomechanical properties of materials after laser action have been carried out. It has been established that the AMг6 aluminium alloy plasticity increase as a result of accelerated polygonization and recrystallization processes under laser influence in comparison with long term isothermal soaking.
