The article considers the possibility of increasing the indicators that form the consumer quality of housing. In the process of exploitation, consumer qualities can be not only maintain at a given project level, but also to improve the results in the course of the technical expertise of the facility. The technical survey carried out should take into account all the individual characteristics of the facility, focus on identifying factors that have a negative impact on the consumer quality of housing.
