On company cost increase: the role of social investments

Effective social policy of business creates a basis for development of innovations and growth of investment appeal both for the company and the country economy. The article focuses on a purpose and criterion of social investments of a company, directions of regular and not-regular risk reduction for companies, shows the influence of social investments on the change in company cost.
