Multiresponse regression model is used for dependence of thermal image pixel amplitudes from temperature to increase accuracy of remote indirect method of temperature measurement. Obtained model allows to calculate integral estimation of temperature and its dispersion on all pixels taking into account correlation relationships of amplitude observation errors.
