Improving educational and professional motivation of students in the context of the future specialists'' Professional culture formation

The article considers the problems of students' professional motivation. It formulates the factors that influence its level. It defines the principles that are necessary to be applied during the educational process in order to enhance the students' learning activity and to contribute to the development of their professional culture.
