Increasing the level of students in physical culture theoretical training using a project-based method

The academic decline in theoretical knowledge of students in the field of Physical Culture and sports requires searching for and applying different teaching methods. The article considers a project-based method used in learning the theoretical course of Physical Culture. According to the results of the experiment, the authors revealed the positive dynamics of the growth of the test results in the experimental group. The authors believe that the use of a project-based method in learning the theoretical course of Physical Culture contributes both to the development of communication and research skills and increasing self-esteem.
