The article is devoted to the introduction of a system for recording applications and incidents in the IT divisions of the Dubna University in order to improve the quality of customer service. The article presents the main business processes running in the divisions and analyzes them, presents the most functional and suitable for the automation of business processes the system for recording requests and incidents - GLPI.
