Increasing the efficiency of the use of fixed assets through the development of the system of strategic management of the enterprise (by the example of PJSC «Nizhnekamskneftekhim»)

The article examines the problem of increasing the efficiency of the use of fixed assets of a petrochemical enterprise. The development of a strategic enterprise management system in terms of long-term production planning and organization of capital investments is designated as a key direction. In addition, among the recommendations for improving the efficiency of the use of fixed assets, they noted the search for opportunities to modernize or partially replace worn-out assets, which together will increase labor productivity, product quality, and will also help reduce production costs.
