Management by its direct definition means managing people in a market economy. Sports management is a separate structure, meaning professional work aimed at achieving the goals and objectives of physical culture and sports organizations within the framework of a market economy. A sports expert in the realities of the market should have not only theoretical training, but also an practical experience. As in any other form, the sports and business community is characterized by clear management, in which there are departments, federations, group associations, up to teams. This shows us the need to improve the efficiency of regulating work in a centralized way. The paper gives a brief description of management in the sports industry.
