The origin and development of upper Paleolithic type industries at the Middle Yenisey basin is one of the Siberian Paleolithic study key problems. The article is devoted to the stone industry analysis of the location Derbina IV, one of the most researched locations from early location's group of Derbina Bay. Derbina IV, V, Ust'-Maltat II lithic industries belong to the same cultural community existed at Middle Enisey basin in final Karga - early Sartan time. Derbina IV primary reduction directed to production of blades from flat and volumetric one- and double platform cores. Edge-faceted and cores microcore consist to evident part. Tool-kit represent by upper paleolithic types: end scrapers and points on blades, corner and middle reamers, chisel-like tools, transverse and side scrapers, different peddle tools.
