Positioning of the regions in Russian space investment

The relevance of this study is due to the need to justify the resource potential and constraints of the regional economy in terms of spatial segregation and uneven economic processes. Scientific substantiation of the resource potential can play the role of an accelerator of social and economic development of the region, to overcome the negative processes and limitations, including the inefficient use of the available resource capacity. The resource potential of accurately indicates what kind of contradictions and limitations are subject to immediate resolution and what should be the main target benchmarks and reference points in the development of the regional economy.
