Positive competition as the key factor of Russia's policy in the South Asian atomic energy facilities market

The article considers processes taking part in the atomic energy facilities market of the South Asian region. The authors analyze the key aspects of the Russian Federation policy in the sphere of the peaceful atom, as well as the integration processes and their role in creating the South Asian united energetic market. The atomic energy potential of the regional states (India, first of all) is evaluated; furthermore, the main challenges for the national energetic programs are represented. The authors introduce a term of positive competition in order to note the basic principle of energetic dialogue between Russia and South Asian countries and explain the relevant tendencies in the atomic energy sphere.
