PR-technologies in state and municipal governance

The need for contact with citizens, public organizations, and mass media is so great that Public Relations services become an organic element of the entire system of public administration, the political structure of society. The functions of the state inevitably include the functions of managing "Public Relations", generate special state structures designed to optimize these relations, correlate them with the managerial efforts of the authorities. This article examines the essence, meaning, necessity and goals of the public relations service in the system of state and municipal administration.
