Practical aspects of the analysis of the efficiency of the use of material resources in the process of strategic planning

Strategic planning is one of the most important tools for the successful functioning of an organization's economic activity. When forming an information and analytical basis for making managerial decisions, all the main financial and economic indicators of the company's activity are taken into account. In this article we consider the practical aspects of the analysis of the efficiency of the use of material resources: the main areas of analysis, sources of information, analysis of the material intensity and material output of the organization, private indicators of the material intensity of the organization. The relevance of the analysis of material reserves as a component of the information part in the process of strategic planning is substantiated.
