Practical aspects of the main theories of local government

This article discusses the fundamental theories of local government. To date, mankind has accumulated significant theoretical material and practical experience related to the creation and operation of local self-government. In Kyrgyzstan, after it established sovereignty, many measures were taken aimed at creating and optimizing the institution of local self-government, and therefore it is absolutely necessary to comprehend not only the experience of other peoples, but also the theory that sums up this experience in a certain way.
