Practical aspects of project management in the health sector on the example of Orenburg region

The article is dedicated to the topic of project management in the healthcare sector. The analysis of the mechanisms of project management of the health sector of the Orenburg region is given and the problems of project management of the health sector are considered. The relevance of the problem under study is due to the fact that public health policy is implemented using the program-targeted method of budget allocation, and therefore, long-term target programs are developed and implemented at the state level.
