Practical aspects of the psychology of interrogation

This article examines the psychological aspect of interrogation, where this issue becomes more important in criminal proceedings, since this area of human relationships is most susceptible to restrictions on natural human rights, which inevitably affects the psychological state of persons subject to criminal prosecution. In particular, it is emphasized that the use of certain methods and techniques for obtaining information is carried out in a complex, and one method should complement the other and the effectiveness of the interrogation will depend on the psychological state of the interrogated.
