Practical aspects of revealing the features of educational requirements of adults

The paper discusses the current issues of education of adults in the context of the modern paradigm of continuing education. The possibilities for solving these issues within the framework of psychopedagogical consulting are considered. The author,s vision of the features of educational requirements of an adult in modern social conditions is presented. For the first time the argument of the necessity and the possibility of the organizing of specific consulting work with the educational requirements of adults on the basis of the content analysis of the results of a specially designed questionnaire is given
