Practical recommendations for increasing the number of Russian companies attracting equity financing through the Russian stock market

This article is devoted to the development of practical recommendations for increasing the number of Russian companies attracting equity financing through the Russian stock market, including the issue of shares. The text of the article examines problems of the Russian stock market that make it difficult for small and medium-sized businesses to enter the stock exchange, as well as the legislative framework required to increase the number of initial public offerings in Russia. The article proposes a methodology for calculating the potential of the Russian stock market to increase capitalization.
