Condition for the formation of a successful career strategy (on the example of organization of work with youth PSU)

The article substantiates the relevance of studying the problem of building career strategies for students of the training direction «Organization of work with youth» studying at the Perm State National Research University. The main concepts used in the article within the framework of the studied topic are considered, such as: a specialist in working with youth, career strategies, professional competence of the organizer of work with youth, the career status of youth. The main reasons that slow down the construction of a successful career strategy for students of the direction «Organization of work with youth» studying at the Perm State National Research University are studied. The normative legal acts concerning the studied subject have been studied: The Labor Code of the Russian Federation (Article 70), draft legislative initiative «On Amendments to the Federal Law «On Education in the Russian Federation» No. 8-387, Federal Law «On Youth Policy in the Russian Federation». A study was conducted by interviewing eight fourth-year students of the training course "Organization of work with youth" studying at the Perm State National Research University, as well as an analysis of the data obtained and a list of proposals for solving the problem within the framework of the department and the university, based on the responses and suggestions of students who participated in the interview.
