Practical experience of the optimization section’s realisation when planning details’ production

The article considers the problem connected with the fact that most currently used methods and criteria for evaluation of decisions do not reflect the real situation in modern conditions in cases where the high performance and expensive equipment is used. The article presents the theoretical developments and practical technique of technological solutions’ choice justification, using a number of new criteria for evaluation, including the profit level. The used criteria take into account as the cost change in the parts’ manufacture and as the process time. The technique allows justifying the transition of the parts to expensive high-performance systems and planning production effectively. It can be applied in the conditions of multinomenclature machine-building industries. The task implementation is shown in the example.
