The article considers the possibility of practical use of the set-theoretic methods for solution of challenges in the HR management subsystem. The summary of the analytical technique of preferences identification is presented in the system form. The approbation computation of making management decision on innovative work team formation is made. The author suggests the organizational guidelines supporting implementation of HR management decisions development based on the ELECTRE method.
