Practical significance of basidiomycetes floodplain of the middle reaches of the river abakan

In this article we present our data on the nutritional value of mushrooms-macromycetes growing in the floodplain of the river Abakan, as well as a short description of the collection area and processing methods of the material. The systematic table includes 43 species of basidiomycetes macromycetes: 22 edible, 4 conditionally edible, 10 inedible and 7 poisonous.
