Practice and problems of disclosure and solution of crimes committed with the use of payment systems and cash cards and provided by art. 174, 174.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

The article considers the problems arising in the activity of the local drug control bodies relating to the disclosure and solution of crimes provided by Art. 174, 174.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The authors propose the ways for their solution including those of law-making nature.
