Practice of inflation targeting in Russia and Norway

In this article, the practice of inflation targeting in Russia and Norway is considered, and a number of conditions necessary for the transition to this regime are given. Also, the paper outlines the main prospects for applying inflation targeting in Russia based on the results of Norway.
