Practice of using intersectoral-intersectoral balance

The analysis shows that the combination of two economic development tools, such as intersectoral balance and credit mechanism of the Bank of Russia, provides a coordinated solution to all the tasks of the national projects of the country. The author proves that it is impossible to use the credit mechanism to its full potential without the new approaches to intersectoral balance proposed by the N.I. Veduta Scientific Strategic Planning School. The paper provides an example of how this mechanism actually works, and why it not only promotes high development dynamics, but also solves a wide range of social issues. It brings us to the conclusion that the area where cybernetic approaches intersect with the credit practices, contains discoveries and tools for stable dynamics of the socioeconomic development of the country.
