The authors analize the possibility of establishing the cadastral value of built-up land for production purposes on the basis of market value judicially determined by professional appraisers. The practical aspects of the assessment of built-up land are being considered with comparative approach using the correlation and regression analysis in the conditions of limited real estate market. The authors are showing the collection and analysis of the initial market information, methods of the identification and calculation of price-making factors, practical techniques of data processing in calculations using publicly available calculation programs, validation of the reached results.
