The practice of applying anti-dumping measures to protect the internal market of the EAEU

The article is devoted to the study of the actual topic of the practice of applying anti-dumping measures to protect the internal market of the EAEU. Statistical data on the number of anti-dumping measures applied in the EAEU for the entire period of its existence are presented, as well as current measures in force at the moment are highlighted. The number of anti-dumping measures was compared with the investigations carried out, the main industries were identified, in respect of which the largest number of anti-dumping measures are applied, and the main conclusions about the prospects for the development of an anti-dumping instrument for protecting the internal market of the EAEU were formulated.
