Practice of applying digital technologies for forming public consciousness (based on the example of e-voting system)

This article presents the results of a study of the current practice of using digital technologies to shape public consciousness using remote electronic voting in the Russian Federation as an example. The research methodology is based on the consistent use of cognitive mapping of digital content and automated social media analysis of information flows that contribute to the legitimation of the e-voting system in the mass consciousness of Russians. The main characteristics of this information flow are determined in the context of the effectiveness of its use to influence public consciousness.
