Practice of using cryptocurrencies in foreign countries

The article analyzes the directions of legal regulation of cryptocurrency circulation in Europe, North America and Asia. In science, there are many problems caused by the lack or insufficiency of legal regulation of cryptocurrency circulation. Solving these problems and filling in the gaps should become one of the priorities of the legislator in the further implementation of financial and economic reforms.
