Practice for the application of the article 151 of the Russian Civil Code: problems of determination of the moral injury compensations in Saint Peтersburg

This article focuses on the problem of determination of the amount of moral injury compensation that is usually left to the judge’s discretion. Problem is viewed in jurisprudence in Saint-Petersburg for the period of 2013-2016 years. There are few criteria chosen in the research for determination of the amount of moral injury compensation got by applicants in Saint-Petersburg. The article focuses also in the dynamics of growth in moral injury compensation in different categories and issues of inflation of these sums.
