This article discusses the elements of the category of prohibitions and restrictions on the import of goods into the customs territory of the EAEU or in the Russian Federation and (or) the export of goods from the customs territory of the EAEU or from Russia. The share of bringing to administrative responsibility for non-compliance with prohibitions and restrictions is determined. The practice of bringing to administrative responsibility for non-compliance with prohibitions and (or) restrictions is considered.
