Investigation of crimes in the sphere of illicit trafficking committed by means of internet of synthetic drugs, at the example (of the Primorye territory department activity, the Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation)

The author analyzes problems of proving constituent elements for drug-related crimes, committed by means of Internet, which appear in the work of territorial drug control service investigative divisions. The practical solutions of the mentioned above problems are suggested by the example of the activity of the Investigative Division of Primorye Territory Department of the FDCS of Russia.
