Practice of trying criminal cases including «test purchase»

The article describes one of the main types of search operations, i.e. «test purchase». It is one of the most common operations and therefore requires analysis not only theoretical, but the practical one. The article shows a few examples of court decisions in individual cases dealt with in the Court of Chelyabinsk Region.
