Practice of the consideration of judicial disputes connected with the granting of citizens of land plots in the Republic of Buryat

The article analyzes land disputes related to the provision of land from state and municipal land in the Republic of Buryatia. Attention was paid to the problems of law enforcement, the results of the work of the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Buryatia and the Property Management and Land Use Committee of Ulan-Ude were reviewed.
