The practice of implementing the right of inheritance in the Russian Federation

The article explores the dynamic development of the practice of inheritance matters in the Russian Federation and the reasons for such intensive application. Both law enforcement practice and direct activity of notaries are considered, taking into account statistical data of the Judicial Department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on the work of courts of general jurisdiction in civil cases and the Federal Notarial Chamber of the Russian Federation.
