Practice of nomination of criminalistic versions

In this article are considered relevant for forensic science issues of nomination and verification of investigative (forensic) versions. The questions of interrelation between the subjects of the nomination and the contents of the forensic version, as well as the principles and legal foundations for the creation and implementation of cognitive activity within the framework of the investigation in the criminal case are investigated. Attention is also paid to the stages that the investigative version is undergoing in the process of its creation and implementation.
