In the era of social networks and the digital environment for receiving and posting information, it is important for federal executive authorities to respond promptly and adapt to the rapidly changing environment. Thus, due to the rapidly developing Internet portals, it is necessary to publish information not only through the media on federal TV channels and in print publications, but also in electronic sources and social networks. The article presents an analysis of the interaction of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation with the media and the business community in social networks.
