The practice of solving the housing problem of the population of a large city

In article results of sociological poll of the population of the city of Yekaterinburg about housing preferences are considered. Target groups of buyers and also the major factors having an impact on the choice of the real estate are revealed. Desirable characteristics of housing, motives of acquisition of housing and financial opportunities of residents are studied. The obtained data can be used at development of housing construction in Yekaterinburg.
