Practice-oriented approach to implementation constitutional right to health in the Russian Federation

Modern society faces a significant number of challenges and threats related to maintaining and developing national health in all aspects of this concept. In the context of an accelerating pace of life, generating global stress, it is necessary to apply a comprehensive, practice-oriented, and truly humanitarian, humancentered approach to ensuring the constitutional right to health. People and their health are recognized de jure as the highest value in the legal systems of civilized states. However, constitutional reality and "social practice" in the global arena are significantly removed from legal ideals.
