Practical education of legal teaching (on the basis of legal clinic of BSU)

In the article practice oriented based on of curator teaching law ship of the legal clinic in Buryat State University is described. In this work the emphasis is made on the clinics activity that allows to organize the training process effectively including practice-oriented component. The author analyses student’s work in the legal clinic of BSU from the point of view of possibility to form and realize the practical skills of a lawyer. The author draws the conclusion that the clinic is not only the organization of legal consultation but also an integral part of educational process. Clinical legal education is an optimum means of achievement theoretical, analytical, practical and ethical objectives of training.
