Authors' rights and their civil protection

The article summarizes information about the methods of civil protection of authors' rights as one of the urgent problems of modern copyright. Having expanded the objects of civil rights with digital rights, taking into account the rapid growth in the number of digital works, the question arises of the need to improve the protective mechanism of the rights of authors to the works they create. The article is devoted to the analysis and identification of the latest trends in the field of civil protection of authors' rights, taking into account the latest changes in the norms of the current legislation.
