Rights of states in dispute resolution in the World Trade Organization

In this article, the author has provided a description of the list of rights of states parties to the dispute resolution process. The use of these rights is initiated by the fact of the implementation of trade relations in world practice and supervision over them by bodies in the world trade organization. The study was based on the basic scientific concepts, which are devoted to the work of scientists L.I. Zaitseva, T.M. Isachenko, O. Yu. Trofimenko, S.F. Sutyrina, A.G. Prokopova. The author has presented a classification of the above designated fundamental rights, in accordance with four main groups.
