Rules of Russian punitive law procedure in space: terminological aspect

The rules of procedure of the the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in space are considered in the article from the point of view of their compliance with the requirements to the language of the criminal law: precision, lucidity conformity with the terminology of the other branches of the Russian and international law. Inter-branch and comparative analysis is used to substantiate the conclusion on the ways of elimination of existing drawbacks in the legislative regulation of these rules.
