Rules of performing questioning of a suspected person and their itemization

Rules provided by procedural criminal law and regulating the procedural condition of the suspected person are analyzed. In the course of research the insufficient regulation of rules of performing questioning is stated, the rules are not stated in concrete terms for a suspected person. In consideration of intensification of a person legal protection, providing him with rights for defense, the proposals to update appropriate prescriptions are made.
