The human right to the relief of pain narcotic medicines as an element of the constitutional and legal individual status

Introduction: the work reveals the mechanism and guarantees of realization of the subjective right to receive narcotic drugs, its interrelation with other subjective rights that form the constitutional and legal status of the individual. The article also considers the issues of violation of this right associated with unfair behavior of medical workers, the presence of a subjective element in the assessment of pain intensity.
