The right of citizens to compensation for damage caused by illegal actions of officials

The scientific article is devoted to one of the most pressing problems today - the right of citizens to compensation for damage caused by illegal actions of officials. The author of the work comes to the conclusion that the current legislation does not provide for administrative liability of officials (in particular tax authorities) for their illegal actions in connection with the non-performance or improper performance of their official duties, which led to compensation for damage by means of the federal budget to citizens. In this regard, today there is a high percentage of abuse on their part, which leads to their committing illegal actions.
