Law and social work

Social work as a kind of social activity emerged in Russia in the 1990s. To be more precise in this period, it is expressed in its contemporary legal form, institutionalized in unfamiliar organizational and management structures, falls to the people of the new professions - social workers, or socionomsas they are sometimes called. It is expressed in specific, previously unknown terms constituting the subject and the conceptual system simultaneously; in the formation of a new branch of scientific knowledge and self-discipline, also referred to as social work.
